Welcome to CorpLegalWay ("we", "our", "us"). This document outlines the terms by which we provide legal support to corporate clients on corplegalway.vip. Effective as of January 1, 2026.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Corporate Legal Services: Comprehensive legal assistance related to corporate governance, contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, office formation, cross-border structuring.

2. Access to Info Products

2.1 Info Products: Downloadable materials such as guides, templates, checklists. Delivery occurs immediately after successful payment.

3. Procurement of Goods

3.1 Goods: Physical items such as printed manuals and training kits. Shipment is arranged upon payment confirmation.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

We are committed to client satisfaction. This section details the refund process for each category.

5.1 Legal Services

Requests for refund or rescheduling must be submitted in writing at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled service date. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment channel within 10 business days. Services may be rescheduled once at no extra charge. Due to preparatory and filing costs, services such as company formation and court representation are non-refundable after work has commenced. This non-refundable rule is necessary to cover administrative fees and regulatory filing expenses.

5.2 Info Products

For downloadable products, a refund request may be granted within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that the product has not been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment channel within 7 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items can be shipped back within 30 calendar days of receipt in unused condition. Shipping back must be arranged by the client. Upon inspection, a credit will be applied to the original payment channel within 7 business days. Custom printed materials are non-refundable due to customization and printing costs.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon order confirmation. We accept major payment methods as listed at the checkout stage. Outstanding balances may incur late fees or suspension of ongoing services.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by us remain our property and are licensed to the client for internal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

We limit our liability to the amount actually paid under these terms. We exclude any indirect or incidental losses to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts in Bern.
